Biography
Melbourne based Siri’s Hayes art practise investigates place, multiple histories and the ecological issues associated with it.
Siri studied at the Victorian College of the Arts, graduating with Master of Fine Art, Graduate Diploma of Visual Art, Bachelor of Fine Art – photography. Since then she has held solo exhibitions in Melbourne and regional Victoria and has been represented in numerous group exhibitions in Melbourne, Sydney, Regional Victoria and Berlin
Her work is held in the collections of the National Gallery of Australia, National Gallery of Victoria, Australian Parliament House, Hedie Museum of Modern Art, State Library of Victoria, Monash University Collection, Victorian Arts Centre, Art Bank, Albury Regional Gallery, City of Benalla, City of Darebin, City of Melbourne, City of Yarra, Gippsland Art Gallery, Gold Coast City Art Gallery, Latrobe Regional Art Gallery, Latrobe University, Melbourne University, Monash Gallery of Art, Legal Aid, Queensland University, Tweed River Art Gallery and numerous private collections in Australia and overseas.
